The MBA Marketing specialization program will help students develop skills in a variety of marketing areas. Students will benefit from in-depth study of consumer behavior, new product development, branding, and other topics relevant in today’s dynamic market environment. In addition to the core MBA courses which prepare students for leadership in any business role, students pursuing the Marketing specialization can cultivate a more focused career path with strengths in creativity, market analysis, and strategic marketing.

The program is comprised of 18 credit hours of foundation courses and 36 hours of advanced courses. Students who enter the program with all foundation coursework or equivalent courses completed in their previous degree will be given advanced standing and will only need to complete the 36 credit hours of advanced coursework.

Students can earn their degree in as little as 12 months on campus or approximately 2-3 years online depending on individual student programs of study.

Standard admission items include the following: application, resume, statement of purpose, letters of recommendation, official transcripts, official GMAT score. The USD Graduate School has a rolling admission process so your materials will be reviewed by committee as soon as they are received for a prompt admission decision.
