Operations and Supply Chain Management Specialization, MBA

The MBA Operations and Supply Chain Management specialization will help students develop skills relevant to all industries. Students will benefit from in-depth study of supply chain management, lean management, quality control, and other topics relevant in today’s rapidly evolving global market. In addition to the core MBA courses students pursuing this specialization can cultivate a more focused career path with strengths in managing logistics, sourcing, quality, and waste elimination.

The program is comprised of 18 credit hours of foundation courses and 36 hours of advanced courses. Students who enter the program with all foundation coursework or equivalent courses completed in their previous degree will be given advanced standing and will only need to complete the 36 credit hours of advanced coursework.

Students can earn their degree in as little as 12 months on campus or approximately 2-3 years online depending on individual student programs of study.

Standard admission items include the following: application, resume, statement of purpose, letters of recommendation, official transcripts, official GMAT score. The USD Graduate School has a rolling admission process so your materials will be reviewed by committee as soon as they are received for a prompt admission decision.
