Public Health Program - MPH, PhD

The University of Nevada, Reno School of Community Health Sciences offers MPH degrees in social and behavioral health, epidemiology, biostatistics, and health administration and policy. We also offer a PhD in public health with specializations in social and behavioral health and epidemiology. Dual degrees in MD/MPH and MPH/MS in nursing are also available.

Established in 1874 as the Silver State’s flagship land-grant research institution, the university is listed consistently among the top higher education institutions in the annual “America’s Best Colleges” guidebook produced by U.S. News & World Report.
