The University of Nevada, Reno School of Community Health Sciences offers MPH degrees in social and behavioral health, epidemiology, biostatistics, and health administration and policy. We also offer a PhD in public health with specializations in social and behavioral health and epidemiology. Dual degrees in MD/MPH and MPH/MS in nursing are also available.

Established in 1874 as the Silver State’s flagship land-grant research institution, the university is listed consistently among the top higher education institutions in the annual “America’s Best Colleges” guidebook produced by U.S. News & World Report. More than 19,000 students from 49 states and 70 countries are enrolled in 180 programs of study including medicine, biotechnology, mining, and environmental sciences. Community Health Sciences is located within the Division of Health Sciences which integrates the academic and scholarly programs of the medical and nursing schools, and other health professions.
