The MS in Human Resource Development (MS HRD) in the College of Education prepares organizational learning and performance professionals with expertise in the human resource development discipline principles and practices of learning and development, performance improvement, strategic planning, and leadership. The project-based coursework and research component address workplace problems with innovative, evidence-based solutions. This flexible, online, open-access program allows for admission spring, summer, and fall, and can be completed in 18 months. Student-centered faculty tailor degree plans to fit individuals and their HRD career aspirations.
