The GSSE MBA will equip you with the tools and network to become a global social entrepreneur, where the bottom lines are people, planet and profit. This sustainable MBA is in the business of creating a better world, improving the lives of people, while building profitable ventures. We admit a new cohort of 25-30 students each year, approximately half of whom come from abroad.

Our sustainable MBA graduates go on to create and operate for-profit and nonprofit startups, non-governmental organizations, and to work in multinational companies that champion social and environmental objectives while delivering solid returns on investment.

The 21-month Early Career MBA welcomes recent undergraduates to gain business skills and become more marketable and confident. Early Career MBA students gain a jumpstart to their career with career development courses and an internship or practicum experience. Additionally, students have 6 optional add-on certificates to select from to gain expertise in an area of business. The general business education provided by the Early Career MBA is applicable in diverse manufacturing and service industries. Graduate are prepared for positions including business analysts, account managers, market analysts, bank officers, human resources professionals, operations analysts and more.

Early Career MBA students engage in dynamic learning with world-class faculty and diverse classmates. With each cohort around 25-30 students, approximately half the students have an undergraduate discipline outside business, half the students are international and there is an even split of men and women in the program.
