The Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at the University of Arizona College of Nursing is designed for nurses seeking a terminal degree in nursing practice. Our leading-edge online program prepares nurse practitioners in one of six tracks: adult gerontology acute care, family, pediatric, psychiatric mental health, nurse anesthesia, and advanced practice (no specialty) nurse practitioner. Graduates will have the knowledge and skills needed to engage in direct patient care, develop nursing interventions, translate knowledge, evaluate practice, and impact the quality of the U.S. healthcare system at the highest level of nursing practice.

A Dual DNP and PhD program is also available.
